Artem Sytnyk is the Director of the National Anti-corruption Bureau of

Ukraine (NABU) often described as the man taking on Ukraine’s most powerful politicians. NABU has come under sustained attack in recent months, with Parliament drafting legislation, later dropped. Investigation of corruption in the State Migration Service led to the open conflict with the Prosecutor General’s Office in Kyiv and unprecedented disclosure of NABU’s undercover officers.

Yulia Marushevska is a Ukrainian activist and civil servant who became prominent in Ukraine’s 2014 uprising and was later appointed as the head of customs at the Black Sea port of Odessa to work on a major project to reform the corruption-plagued customs of Odesa.
