CHARITABLE CONCERT A Feast of Classics from Austria to Ukraine Saturday 16th September @ Ukrainian C

An afternoon of enchanting classical music performed by the musicians of the Royal Opera House Orchestra together with international celebrity soloists and music virtuosos from Ukraine. We’d like to invite you to a Charitable Concert on 16th September where the world class musicians who performed for the Queen and Heads of States will be playing for you! They’ll perform well known masterpieces by Mozart and his Ukrainian contemporary Dmytro Bortniansky, whose musical pieces will be performed in London for the first time!!! All funds raised through tickets sale will go towards helping people affected by the war in Ukraine.

Featuring Mozart’s famous Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and Orchestra, with soloists Roman Simovic, leader of the London Symphony Orchestra, and Andriy Viytovych, principal viola of the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House. Also well-known and rarely-played music by Telemann and the Ukrainian composer Dmytro Bortniansky.

Other artists include Natalya Pasichnyk (piano, Director of Ukrainian Institute in Sweden) and Alina Bzhezhinska (harp, professor of harp at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), with a specially-formed orchestra featuring members of the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, led by Anna Blackmur and conducted by Tom Seligman.

What makes this event even more special is that you will have a chance to meet the musicians during the wine reception after the concert.

We would be delighted if you were able to join us for this exceptional concert in a magnificent setting followed by a wine reception with Ukrainian canapés!
